God has more mercy, then we have challenges. This Staff Meeting, Pastor Josh Kelsey shares a powerful leadership message around 2 Corinthians 4:1-6 around how the mercy of God impacts our leadership. Because we know it’s by the mercy of God:we don’t lose heart, we are honorable in our motivations, we uphold the word of God, we don’t fear rejection and we don’t need to proclaim ourselves, we proclaim Christ.

Your purpose is to ascribe glory to God. God designed the church to bring glory to Him. He wants to remind you of who He is, and out of the overflow of that, you will begin to discover who you are. Pastor Josh shares a powerful message out of our Perfect Weakness series on the Glory of God from 2 Corinthians. We have to see His glory, to receive His glory to ascribe His glory. One degree at a time.

We know we've been outsmarted by the enemy when we're divided. Pastor Josh Kelsey dives into Paul’s letter in 2 Corinthians around our leadership and the way the enemy attacks. There are different schemes the enemy will try to use to bring down leaders and God’s church. Let us grow in our maturity in leadership to be correctable, know how to lead others in correction and to have eyes to see where the enemy is trying to bring division.

When you stop relying on self, you enter into true comfort which is from God. This Sunday Pastor Josh Kelsey continues our PERFECT WEAKNESS series with a powerful message titled STOP & START. God wants to start some things right now in your life, but it’s not in self, it’s in surrender. When you serve self you will always be in debt, but when you serve God there will always be an overflow.

Leadership happens anytime we influence the thinking, behavior or development of another person. God is calling us to reset, for us to surrender our ways to Him and reform the way we do relationships, the way we lead ourselves and the people around us. Pastor Josh Kelsey shares a leadership message around leading ourselves and stepping into the true calling of leadership God has placed within us. We never graduate from self leadership.

Is God our source? Is He the source of all comfort? In times of trouble we find what or who our true source of comfort is. God is calling us back to Him in this season to look to Him as our true comfort in ALL things. Pastor Josh Kelsey kicks off our new series PERFECT WEAKNESS with a powerful message centered on 2 Corinthians 1. When we let God into our weakness, it becomes the platform for our greatest victory.

It’s not about what we can or can’t do, it’s about who God is and what He can do. This Sunday Pastor Filmore Bouldes spoke a powerful message out of Mark 5 about the woman with the issue of blood titled: Your Faith has Made You Well. Faith comes through hearing, resolves to obey and depends on God's power not our own.

The good plan that God has for you is not just the destination that He's taking you to, it's that He is present along the journey. God is still carrying you, even if this season looks different  that you could have foreseen, He hasn’t left you. This Sunday guest Pastor Justin Reimer preached a powerful message from Jeremiah 29. As long as we're in this season, we have things to do: build, plant, develop relationships, pray.
